PF “Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia” is implementing the UNDP project “Inclusive governance and common identity for sustainable peace and development” in partnership with the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy in 7 pilot municipalities of the Kyrgyz Republic: In Balykchy, Tokmok, Osh, Nookat, Uzgen, Aidarken and Suzak AO, work is being carried out in the field of peacebuilding and maintaining peace in communities. From September 11 to 28, 2023, a 2-day seminar will be held on the topic “Involving representatives of civil society organizations in the system for monitoring peacebuilding processes, developing civic identity and conflict prevention at the local level.” Representatives of civil society, municipal district administration, mayor’s office, and district committees actively participate in the training and jointly develop methods for monitoring local social tensions and conflicts. The results of the workshops will be a monitoring mechanism and application materials for subsequent use in local communities.
